Voitheia is a Contract Research Organization connecting principal investigators, universities, teaching hospitals and sponsors across Nigeria and the wider African region. Our site provides information about our services, an aggregated feed of clinical research opportunities, and an application pathway to our credentialed Investigator Network.

Grants, fellowships, clinical trials, training programs and calls for proposals listed on this site are aggregated from publicly available, trusted third-party sources for discovery purposes only. Voitheia:

• Does not create, own, or control the underlying opportunities.
• Does not manage, process, or guarantee the outcome of any application submitted through a listed source’s official website.
• Makes reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate and current but cannot warrant that deadlines, eligibility or funding details remain unchanged after aggregation.

Always verify opportunity details directly on the official source website before applying or relying on the information shown.

Membership in the Investigator Network is open to principal investigators, physicians, and affiliated staff at recognized universities, teaching hospitals and research institutions, subject to our credentialing review. Voitheia:

• Reserves the right to approve, decline, or revoke membership at its discretion, including where submitted credentials cannot be verified.
• Does not guarantee introductions, sponsor engagement, or funding as a result of membership.
• Expects members to keep their profile information accurate and to conduct themselves professionally and ethically in all resulting engagements.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form, application, or credentialing submission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its data, or other users’ accounts.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute aggregated opportunity content for a competing commercial service without our written consent.

The Voitheia name, logo, site design and original written content are the property of Voitheia Clinical Research Solutions and may not be reproduced without permission. Aggregated opportunity content remains the property of its original source and is referenced here under fair use for discovery purposes, with attribution.

The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Voitheia does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voitheia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, reliance on aggregated opportunity listings, or any application submitted to a third-party source referenced on this site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
